MIAMI POLICE REUNION
2009 REGISTRATION FORM

The Miami Police Alumni Association, Inc. is hosting the 24th Annual Miami Police Reunion. The reunion will be held at the Plantation Inn and Golf Resort in Crystal River, Florida. The address is 9301 West Fort Island Trail, Crystal River, Florida 34429. The hotel has a special rate of $89.00 per day plus tax for double or single rooms. You must make your own reservations by calling the hotel at 1-800-632-6262 or 352-795-4211. Be sure to mention you are attending the Miami Police Reunion to get the special rate. Do not make reservations on the internet. Reservations must be made by April 30, 2009 to receive the special rate. GOLF AND FISHING TOURNAMENT: More information will be available in 2009 as locations and prices are determined. Bob Love will be coordinating the golf tournament and Mike Buff will be coordinating the fishing tournament. Other activities are being planned and will be announced later. WIDOWS are advised that we expect, through the continued generosity of the Miami FOP and the Miami PBA, to be able to pay for your meals at the reunion. In order that we have an accurate meal count for the hotel, widows MUST COMPLETE THIS registration form indicating which meals they will be present for. Widows should NOT send any money. Widows MUST make their own hotel reservations. We do not know at this time what, if any, assistance that we will be able to provide toward offsetting your hotel room cost.
DOOR PRIZES: Everyone enjoys winning the customary door prizes which will be
given out at dinner Saturday. We need YOUR HELP IN DONATING OR SOLICITING door
prizes. Bring them to the reunion registration desk or mail them to Chuck
Reynolds.

registrations beginning January 1, 2009. Meal registration ENDS May 12,
2009.
